Van Built's Background

Cole’s passion for building started early — in high school, where he took his first carpentry class and completed Level 1 of his Red Seal certification. From that moment, he knew construction was more than just a trade — it was a craft he wanted to master.

 

After graduating, Cole continued his education at BCIT, earning both his Red Seal in Carpentry and a Construction Operations Certificate. With years of hands-on experience across residential renovation projects, he developed a deep appreciation for the process of transforming spaces and the satisfaction of quality workmanship.

 

Driven by his love for homes and the desire to build and create, Cole founded Van Built Properties. His goal was simple — to combine craftsmanship, communication, and care into every project, helping homeowners turn their ideas into spaces they truly love.
